How long does shipping take?

We process and ship orders within 7-10 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:

• U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after shipping
• International orders: 7–14 business days, depending on customs

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Lumiere Vive offers international shipping to many countries. Rates and delivery times will vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (U.S. only). Discount is automatically applied at checkout.

We do not offer returns or refunds at this time. However, we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

What are the conditions for an exchange?

• Must be within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Custom items are final sale and not eligible for exchange
• Exchanges are subject to inventory availability

• What size should I order?
  Each product listing includes a size chart image within the photo carousel. We recommend reviewing it before ordering to find your best fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser look, sizing up is always a safe choice.
• Do your shirts run true to size?
  Yes, our shirts are generally true to size. However, we recommend reading the product description for each item, as fit can vary slightly by style or material. If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, consider sizing up.
• How should I wash my apparel?
  Recommend cold wash, inside out, and line dry or low heat for best longevity—especially for DTF/DTG prints.
• Will my design fade or peel?
  No! We use professional-grade DTF, and DTG techniques for long-lasting prints.
