Caring for Your Clothing
Follow the care label attached to your garment and any product-specific instructions in the description. Washing and drying requirements vary by fabric, finish, and design.
Matching Sets & Styled Photos
Check the product description to see exactly what is included. Accessories and coordinating pieces shown in styled photographs are sold separately unless the listing states otherwise.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing, followed by 3–7 business days for standard delivery within the contiguous United States.
Estimated total arrival time is 5–12 business days from your order date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These are estimates, and carrier delays may extend delivery.
Some items ship directly from Lumiere Vive, while others ship from our selected brand partners. Your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as each package ships.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit only.
Contact Lumiere Vive with your order number and the items you wish to return before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.
Approved returns must be shipped back. Once your returned items arrive and have been inspected and approved, store credit will be issued.
