FROM OUR BOUTIQUE TO YOUR DOOR

Thoughtfully chosen. On its way to you.

Here is what to expect when you place an order with Lumiere Vive.

Where your order ships from

Some items ship directly from Lumiere Vive, while others ship directly from our brand partners. An order containing items from more than one fulfillment location may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Processing and delivery

Processing is the time needed to prepare your item before it ships. Transit is the time your package spends traveling with the carrier. These are separate parts of your order’s journey.

Timing depends on the item, its fulfillment location, your delivery address, and the shipping service selected. Any item-specific processing information is provided in the product details. Delivery estimates appear at checkout when available.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, seasonal demand, and carrier delays can affect timing. If you need an item for a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can check the available information.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Orders shipping from multiple locations may include combined shipping charges.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

When your order ships, shipping information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking details are included when available. Separate shipments may have separate tracking numbers.

Your delivery address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order number and the correct address. Once an item has entered fulfillment or shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.

Available destinations

Shipping availability depends on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Checkout will show whether shipping is available for your order.

Thank you for choosing Lumiere Vive. We are grateful for every order and the opportunity to bring a little encouragement to your everyday.
