Most orders ship within 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted directly on the product page.

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate shipments depending on vendor fulfillment locations and inventory availability.

  • Lumiere Vive is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged

Non Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Intimates or hygiene related products
  • Gift cards and select specialty items

How To Start A Return

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my package is delayed?
Once packages are in transit, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If you experience significant delays, please reach out and we will gladly help investigate.
