How Custom Apparel Works

Ordering your custom apparel is simple, guided, and done with care in our family-run Arizona studio.
Here’s how the process works from start to finish:

  1. Choose Your Garment
    Select your preferred style, color, and size from our curated premium blanks, brands like Bella + Canvas, Comfort Colors, and American Apparel.
    Each blank is chosen for comfort, ethical production, and a smooth print surface that’s ideal for DTF or DTG printing.
  2. Upload Your Design
    Use the “Upload Your Design” button on the product page to submit your artwork, logo, or text design.
    We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, or high-resolution JPEG files (300 DPI or higher). Transparent backgrounds are best, but we’ll help refine your file if needed.
  3. Approve Your Proof
    Before printing, our designers prepare a digital mock-up showing your artwork placement and sizing.
    You’ll receive this proof by email for approval, once you confirm, production begins immediately.
  4. Printing & Quality Check
    Your order is printed in-house using professional DTF & DTG technology for vibrant color and soft-touch durability.
    Each garment is carefully inspected for quality before packaging.
  5. Shipping & Delivery
    Your finished pieces ship directly from Phoenix, AZ within 10–14 business days of artwork approval.
    Tracking information will be sent via email once your order leaves our studio.
  6. Reorders & Bulk Discounts
    Need to reorder or scale up? No problem, your artwork file is stored for future runs.
    Automatic bulk discounts apply when ordering 2 or more pieces, with additional savings at higher quantities.

Need design assistance? Our team will review every file before printing to ensure clarity, placement, and color accuracy. Minor adjustments are made at no cost.

What if my sizes are mixed (S, M, L, XL)?
