Processing Time

Each item is made and packaged with care in our family-run studio. Boutique apparel typically ships within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

If your order includes multiple items, your package may ship together when everything is ready.

Shipping

  • We ship via USPS or UPS. A tracking number is provided when your order leaves our studio.
  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping. Transit times vary by carrier and destination.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we aren’t responsible for delays due to address errors or carrier issues.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If there’s ever an issue, please reach out so we can make it right.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted on unused, unwashed boutique items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Email customerservice@lumierevive.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  2. We’ll reply with simple next steps and a return address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping, if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked final sale
  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to carrier or manufacturing error)

Damages or Errors

If your order arrives incorrectly or damaged, please email us at customerservice@lumierevive.com with your order number and a photo so our team can assist promptly.

We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible, repairs, replacements, or refunds are handled case-by-case with care.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing is typically 7–10 business days; transit time is usually 3–5 business days after shipping within the U.S.
Can I return a gift?
Yes, unworn, unwashed boutique items may be returned within 30 days. Please include the order number if available; if not, we can often locate it with the purchaser’s name/email.
Do you accept exchanges for a different size or color?
Yes, contact us first so we can confirm availability and place a hold on the size/color you need.
Are custom items returnable?
Custom/personalized items are final sale, but if there’s a defect or error, we’ll happily make it right.
