Most orders ship within 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted directly on the product page.
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate shipments depending on vendor fulfillment locations and inventory availability.

Eligible Returns
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged

- Intimates or hygiene related products
- Gift cards and select specialty items
