Lumiere Vive LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website and related services, including our boutique retail, wholesale, and custom-apparel divisions. By accessing or purchasing from lumierevive.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our site or content without written permission.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, change or update information, and cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are billed in U.S. dollars.
• Payment is required before production or shipment.
• Tax-exempt customers must submit valid certificates via our Tax-Exempt Upload Form prior to ordering.

4. Custom Orders & Proofs

Custom items are produced to your specifications and are final sale once production begins.

• You may choose Skip Proof (Fastest) or Approve Proof at checkout.
• If you select proof approval, a digital mock-up will be emailed within 1–2 business days.
• Once a proof is approved or Skip Proof is chosen, no further design or quantity changes can be made.

5. Turnaround Time

Typical production time is 7–10 business days after payment and proof approval (if applicable). Rush service may be available upon request. Shipping transit time is additional. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order leaves our studio.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because each custom order is made-to-order, cancellations are accepted only before printing begins. Once production starts, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors confirmed by our team.

7. Defects & Reprints

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos. Approved defects will be replaced or refunded promptly. Custom items are not eligible for returns based on size, color, or personal preference.

8. Shipping & Local Pickup

We ship nationwide within the United States and offer international shipping to select countries. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking provided at the time of dispatch.

• Local pickup is available by appointment in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, weight, and carrier service.
• Once tracking information is issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
• Lumiere Vive is not liable for delays, damage, or loss once a package is in transit, though we are happy to assist in filing carrier claims if necessary.

9. Pricing & Discounts

All prices are subject to change without notice. Bulk discounts apply automatically according to quantity ranges shown on our Bulk Pricing & Turnaround page. Color count does not affect price. We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue discounts at any time.

10. Intellectual Property & Artwork Use

You must own or have rights to any artwork submitted for printing. By uploading artwork, you grant Lumiere Vive a limited license to reproduce that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will never share or resell your designs without permission.

11. Privacy & Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer information outside of order fulfillment requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A.
